First, they need to get vaccinated.
If they have not gotten one by March 23 and are worried about the spread of the virus, they should do that.
Second, get tested.
There is no cure.
And third, stay hydrated.
This could take a week or more, so it is important to drink plenty of fluids.
The U.K. has the highest number of confirmed cases of the new strain, according to the World Health Organization.
The U.N. estimates that there could be up to 20,000 cases of Zika in the country in the first week of March, according the AP.
It’s also unclear how many people have contracted the virus in the United States.
Health officials in Canada have confirmed 1,074 cases and have reported 5,632 new cases.
In France, the number of reported cases is more than 3,000, and officials say the country is seeing the most cases.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says the new, more aggressive strain is expected to be circulating in parts of the U, including California, Texas, Arizona and Nevada, by the end of the week.
